Implement Founder, Shona Glentworth, has been involved in the community in many roles, and supports community organisations with strategy development and training. She has held various roles within community organisations, currently sitting as a trustee for the Taranaki Air Ambulance Trust and is an active mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is a volunteer mentor with the Mentoring Foundation, enjoying working with passionate people who are developing their leadership skills in the community.

The Team Leaders Management Programme is an ideal programme for leaders within not for profit groups, providing an eight week programme for participants to develop and hone their management and leadership skills.

Implement is pleased to offer up to four places per intake for not-for-profit groups, discounted 50%. Sitting alongside participants from a range of businesses, not-for-profit team leaders and managers will build their management tool-box to better lead in their organisation.
