Time Management
Time Management is not about how much time you have – we all have exactly the same amount. It is about how you manage yourself – what are the habits you need to cultivate in order to make the best use of the time you have? How do you overcome procrastination? How do you make sure you manage deadlines?
In this workshop we will focus on self-management, developing good habits (and reducing bad ones) as well as formulating strategies to help you overcome procrastination and manage distractions.
You will leave with an action plan to help gain back some time and manage the overwhelm.
