Leadership Fundamentals
Leadership Fundamentals is two days of four workshops which can be taken alone, or as a series, to help build skills to becoming a better team leader.
Day one focuses on leading yourself – getting better at managing time and at understanding your own style, strengths and challenges.
Day two focuses on leading others – creating a strong team culture and developing the skills in your team.
Each workshop is three hours long, will be interactive and informative.
Your investment creates more value the more workshops you register for:
- one workshop – $250+GST
- two workshops- $450+GST
- three workshops – $600+GST
- four workshops – $700+GST

Hourly Schedule
Day 1 - May 5, 2026
- 9.00 - 12 noon
- Time Mastery
- Explore fundamentals of time management and how you as a leader can understand your own challenges and drivers to make better use of the time you have
- 1.30 - 4.30PM
- Understanding Yourself and Others
- Gain insight into what makes you tick and how you can apply that knowledge to members of your team - recognising the power of diversity in thought and approach to work challenges.
Day 2 - May 6, 2026
- 9.00 - 12noon
- Creating Team Culture
- Building a strong team requires a clear commitment to working together to produce results. We will explore ways to build culture that supports that.
- 1.30 - 4.30pm
- Developing others
- In an ever changing world, we need to all be continuously learning and developing our skills. We will look at ways you can develop people in your team to be future ready.
