Held over 8 weeks, the weekly 2.5 hour workshops provide inspiration and learning for front-line leaders who want to up their game. The week in between each workshop allows time to apply what is learnt to real life problems.
The team leader programme is ideal for new and aspiring team leaders in any type of organisation.
