Team Leader Management Programme
I am delighed to be running this programme in conjunction with He Toronga Pākihi ki Taranaki to enable participants to discuss and explore implementation in a tikanga māori context.
This kaupapa offers a warm, practical environment for people who are stepping into leadership, growing their confidence, or looking for fresh tools to manaaki and support their teams. Across weekly 2.5-hour wānanga, participants will explore how to lead themselves, uplift others and strengthen everyday workplace practices.
Topics include emotional intelligence, communication, personality styles, with time between sessions to try new approaches and bring real workplace experiences back into the room.
The kōrero will also consider leadership through values such as manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, supporting respectful, people-centred practice that is relevant to our local pakihi community.
Eligible businesses may be able to access up to 50% funding through the Regional Business Partner Network. Eligibility must be confirmed before registering for this programme.
