We all learn to communicate with others from an early age. Communicating well, however, is something we often need to learn later in life. This programme is designed to provide participants with knowledge and tools to successfully communicate in their workplace.
The participant will be introduced to tools to help them to:
- Develop rapport with colleagues and customers
- Identify barriers to effective communication and how to overcome them
- Recognise different communication styles
- Deal with conflict situations
- Listen effectively
- Monitor and manage non verbal communication

Participants will be encouraged throughout the training to commit to actions that they can take back to the workplace.
