Transactional Analysis (TA) is a method of studying interaction between individuals. TA can be used to analyse the dynamics within an organisation and bring about improvements in interpersonal communication, customer relationships, individual performance, employee engagement and team dynamics.
We have studied TA with Anne Tucker, with team members completing TA101 and Shona Glentworth completing more study to gain an in-depth understanding about how to apply the theory when working with organisations.
TA provides a wide range of tools for use in team building, individual coaching, learning & development, interpersonal relationships and organisational development. (to name a few)
